A friend of mine came to me in tears 2 days ago because his doctor told him he not only has diabetes but a fatty liver, gout and a couple of other things he didn’t want to share with me. His body is on a downward spiral and he is scared. He doesn’t eat breakfast, nor lunch and then stuffs himself at supper. Has to have meat, preferably steak and decided a long time ago he hates chicken, fish or anything white. Bobby is 54.
His years of partying, eating nachos with “lots” of cheese, drinking vodka, beer, & a variety of drugs, plus not drinking any water is finally catching up to him. He has totally messed up his body. His blood pressure is very, very stratosphere, clogged arteries – did I miss anything? How much can a body take? He has poisoned his body and now it is shutting down.
Can he revive a toxic filled body? I don’t really know. I do know that it is easier to start a healthy lifestyle early in your life so when you do reach your mid life, eating greens, drinking plenty of water enjoying delicious fresh fruit, plus walking and getting plenty of sleep is one great start.
At Bobby’s age of 54 you should be enjoying life not waiting for the next doctor’s appointment.
